We may offer free shipping on orders over $50 (if applicable).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. DELAYS
SilkTier is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances once the package has been shipped.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
SilkTier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
